Marathon Training Update
Bill and I are running 7-10 miles each run, and we are about to start making them longer. We were set back a bit in April/May by Bill's knee. His IT Band (it runs along the outside of your thigh, through your knee, I believe) was aching really badly, to the point that he had to stop during our runs. Luckily, we received great advice from an old high school friend we saw at a wedding, Tiffany Boshers, who is now a personal trainer. After using her tips, Bill was able to get back at it and has had no problems. Thank you Tiffany! Now we can start the hard core training program Bill put together for us, getting us to 26 miles by October. So crazy to imagine!
